Incorrect name or personalization due to our error


  • If the wrong name or personalization was provided by us, we will accept a return or otherwise make it right.

Damaged item received from the courier

To qualify for a return or refund for a damaged item, customers must follow these steps at the time of delivery:
a) Record the courier opening the package


Begin recording as soon as the courier arrives.
