Return and damage‑claim policy
Customized or personalized items
Customized items cannot be returned. If an item is customized, no returns are accepted once the order is confirmed.
This rule applies unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item is materially not as described; in such cases, see section 3 below.
Tip: It’s common practice to clearly list personalized or custom items as non‑returnable to set expectations up front.
Incorrect name or personalization due to our error
If the wrong name or personalization was provided by us, we will accept a return or otherwise make it right.
Please contact us immediately upon noticing the error so we can arrange next steps.
Damaged item received from the courier
To qualify for a return or refund for a damaged item, customers must follow these steps at the time of delivery:
a) Record the courier opening the package
Begin recording as soon as the courier arrives.
Show the courier from both the front and the back in the video.
